The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) were unable to find 64 Ukrainian tanks at the places of permanent storage, provided by the Minsk Agreements. The corresponding information was provided in the report of the organization.

Representatives of the OSCE monitoring mission during inspections were unable to find 64 Ukrainian tanks. The armored machinery simply disappeared from the places of storage, despite the fact that this location was defined during the conclusion of the Minsk Agreements. In the report dated March 26th, 2017, it is noted that at the checked site there had to be 23 units of T-64 tanks, and also 41 more units of T-72. Where exactly the objects of the UAF’s arsenal went to isn’t known.

OSCE Representatives specify that the day prior the SMM visited a place of storage of arms of the Ukrainian Army, whose placement corresponds to the lines of withdrawal. However, as a result, there still isn’t 64 tanks at the aforementioned location. Whether verification will be carried out on this fact wasn’t specified.

Probably sold as spare parts by the Ukies. They will be put to good use in Donetsk!
