The fake “representative center of the president of Ukraine in Crimea” located in Kherson prepared a plan to “counter Russian aggression”.

14 main points are listed in this document over 38 pages, according to which Ukraine must work to discredit the Russian Federation and to create problems for the RF in the Crimea. Copies of this plan were published on the blog of the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Aleksey Zhuravko.

The measures contained in the document state that the Ukrainian State intends to conduct a number of information and political campaigns with the involvement of international organisations aimed against the Russian peninsula.

Thus, the department proposes to finance pro-Ukrainian structures and organisations consisting of representatives of the minorities of Crimea and “political prisoners” and their families, to ensure the functioning of “Crimean” [subordinated to Kiev – ed] law enforcement agencies on the territory of the Kherson region, and to even create separate units of the UAF from among the inhabitants of the peninsula. Special registers of “internally displaced persons” will be created for this purpose.

“The foundation of separate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations from a number of IDPs and the residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in Crimea who arrived to the mainland … with ensuring the certain religious and cultural needs in the organisation of service and with the attraction of the corresponding formations to the processes of the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea,” it is said in the plan.

In addition, through the media controlled by them, the Ukrainian authorities intend to organise a campaign to informationally discredit the peninsula.

Highlighting the aggressive policy of the aggressor State in Crimea and the militarisation of Crimea, as well as the corresponding threats from the occupied territory for the controlled territory of Ukraine and the territory of the foreign states,” it is said in the document.

Also, it is proposed to deploy a stationing site on the coast of the Sea of Azov for the maritime security forces of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Ensuring the unprofitability of the key enterprises of the Crimean economy, the creation of conditions that will make the extraction of hydrocarbons in the water areas adjacent to the peninsula impossible, and countering the export and import of goods and services both in and out of Crimea to foreign states is a separate point.

“The purpose of this document is to justify tactically, legally, and, from the point of view of political expediency, the need to again divide up (embezzlement) State funds by the ‘office’, i.e. the establishment headed by the permanent representative of the president of Ukraine in Crimea Boris Babin … All of this can only mean, at most, discrediting the Russian Federation and its citizens, which is comparable with a doggie barking from behind the gate at all who pass down the street. This is being done for the sake of holding grandiose fake events and the creation of the same false information so that Europe swallows it,” said Zhuravko, commenting on the document.
