Avakov Falsified the Biography of Voronenkov’s Killer

Translated by Ollie Richardson & Angelina Siard

Vitaly Zakharchenko, who headed the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at the time of Viktor Yanukovych, found out that the present leadership of law-enforcement bodies forged the details of the biography of Pavel Parshov – the named murderer of the former deputy of the State Duma Denis Voronenkov.

Zakharchenko stated this while commenting on information published today by the deputy Anton Gerashchenko, the colleague of the Minister Arsen Avakov.

According to Zakharchenko, the present biography of Parshov proves that the new “reformed police” are a bunch of criminals who received indulgence thanks to participation in punisher operations in Donbass – the so-called anti-terrorist operation.

“The present police of Ukraine is not a law enforcement agency, but the fabric for the preparation of criminals. The resonant murder of the former deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation who fled to Ukraine Voronenkov with extreme clarity exposed all defects of the current so-called ‘new police’.

It isn’t obligatory at all for politicians and pseudo law enforcement authorities to carry out investigative actions, their answer for everything is always ready. Poroshenko, Avakov, Gerashchenko, and other ‘geniuses of investigation’ determine the culprit not just instantly, but even earlier, before the crime is even committed! And why bother with some investigation of criminal offenses if over and over again trustful it’s possible to feed gullible citizens with the tale that it is Putin and Russia, and at the same time and ‘mythical supporters of Yanukovych’, who are guilty of everything.

However I, as a law enforcement officer, with a little wider experience than the present ‘pinkertons’, am more bothered about the identity of the killer. And it is quite remarkable and indicative for present-day Ukraine.

So, who is the one who was declared as an ‘agent of the Kremlin intelligence services’ and a killer, who received a wound to the head during the firefight with Voronenkov’s security guard, and who died later in hospital?

And he, Parshov Pavel Aleksandrovich, born in 1988, living in Dnepropetrovsk, was an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. And more precisely, he served in the National Guard of Ukraine. He took part in the anti-terrorist operation as a part of the voluntary ‘Donbass’ battalion. Moreover, earlier he was previously convicted. In 2012, the Department on fighting against organized crime of the Main Directorate of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine in the Dnepropetrovsk region Parshov P.A. was put on the wanted list.

You notice anything strange? I.e., at our time [of Yanukovych] the Department on fighting against organized crime put this previously-convicted citizen on the wanted list for committed crimes, but the new authorities not only employ the notorious criminal in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but also put arms in his hands, train him, send him to war (well, to sharpen his skills). After this he becomes a hitman, and commits an impudent murder directly in the center of the capital. But of course, guilty in this is nobody else but Russia! And this absurdity is discussed seriously and proclaimed at the highest political level.

I repeatedly said that after the armed coup of 2014, law enforcement bodies massively employ previously convicted, frankly criminals, and radical neo-Nazis. To wait for such a contingent to protect law and order and the rights and freedoms of citizens, is naive to say the least. The present police of Ukraine is, already for a long time, not a law enforcement agency, but the real fabric for the preparation of criminals,” wrote Zakharchenko.
