Stories about the Ukrainian army being super-powerful are a bluff. Ukraine cowardly suffers monstrous defeats in Donbass and receives streams of corpses back home.
This was stated by the leader of the “Azov” battalion and Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Andrey Biletsky in an interview to the pro-regime online publication “Apostrof”.
Biletsky doesn’t hide his irritation concerning gallant ceremonial communiques, which are abused by the Kiev top brass. Besides this, according to him, Ukraine “completely economically degraded”. Kiev can only really brag about the impoverishment of the people, he said.
“You see, via parades it is impossible to say that we have created a super-powerful army, and so on. People understand in their subcortex that an army during war looks good only by victories, not parades. And we have huge defeats, and the Ukrainian authorities have a capitulatory, cowardly position vis-a-vis Russia. That’s why to pretend that nothing is happening on the streets of Kiev, that it’s not our dead soldiers who are brought to Dnepr and the wounded to Mechnikov Hospital by helicopters… The authorities have nothing to brag about, except the present full impoverishment of the country,” said the founder of Azov.
At the same time he doesn’t exclude that the situation in the country can become aggravated at any moment.
“When you smoke near an open barrel with gunpowder, don’t be surprised when there is an explosion. And the present situation is gunpowder, by and large. This is an explosive device that resides in the open air. And it can explode because of anything: from a static charge in the air or from a match that you used to light your cigarette,” warns Biletsky.
