The president of Syria Bashar al-Assad was included in the database of the Ukrainian website Mirotvorets because of information about his children going to Crimea on holiday.

The relevant information was published on the website of “Mirotvorets”, there it is specified that Assad was added to the database on Sunday (April 15th).

“The conscious organisation of breaching the border of Ukraine by minor children for the purpose of penetrating into the occupied by Russia Crimea. Participation in the anti-Ukrainian propaganda actions of Russia. Participation in attempts to legalise the annexation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” specifies the website regarding the reasons for him being added to the database.
