The Plenipotentiary Representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic at negotiations on Ukraine in Minsk Denis Pushilin promised to give the negotiators the opportunity to study the book in which proof of the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the territory of Donbass since 2014 are collected.

“Today there is a presentation of one very interesting book. It is called ‘Chronicle of Alive’ … But we called it ‘White book’ — the book of crimes against the people living in Donbass. In it the period from 2014 to 2016 is covered … There was a need to collect information about the crimes that the Ukrainian authorities committed in relation to the residents of Donbass,” stated the deputy commander of the operative command of the DPR Eduard Basurin to journalists during the book’s presentation.

The Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic at negotiations on Ukraine in Minsk in turn added that the materials collected in this book are the facts of genocide and the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Also, he promised to give the negotiators in Minsk the opportunity to study this publication.

“In the ‘white book’ all facts of the genocide of the Kiev authorities against civilians are collected. The collection testifies to and is the proof of crimes of that regime … In the pages of the book a legal assessment of the crimes and mass murders is given. Of course, I will take this book with me to Minsk. Of course, I will distribute it … Of course I will hand it over to the Ukrainian side, but I doubt that they will take it,” said Pushilin during the book’s presentation.

All materials printed in the book were collected by residents of Donbass with the assistance of a public commission, which is involved in collecting proof of the war crimes of the UAF, noted Basurin.
