The Kiev Armed Forces committed a gang rape in the city park of Starobelsk under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was reported on July 22nd by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Lugansk People’s Republic.

The department said that on July 21st, 2017, a message came to the hot line of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR from a female resident of Starobelsk. The woman said that in the evening on July 20th, 2017, she, together with her female student friend who traveled from Kharkov, sat in the “Sarmat” cafe that is in the city park.

Law enforcement bodies specified that two drunk men in military uniform sat down next to the women and persistently tried to get acquainted with them, and when the females tried to leave, they violently seated them at the table.

“We waited until they relaxed – and rushed in different directions. I, as was agreed with my friend, ran home. But my friend arrived only two hours later – in a torn dress, with a graze on her head,” she added.

According to the woman, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine caught up with her friend on the territory of the park and gang raped her.

“She sat at my place in the bath all night – she washed herself and cried. And in the morning she said that she is going home,” she summarized.
