EU Allocated €200 Million to Fuel “Regime Change” in Russia

Today, the European Commission has decided to allocate €200 million to support organisations and public opinion leaders from Russia and those who have recently left its borders. €50 million is direct support in the form of grants for the opening or strengthening of mass media that enjoy the support of the protest mass from Russian regions and cities with millions, Telegram channels that form the agenda among the creative class and “Generation Z”, LGBT information resources and closed communities of veterans of intelligence agencies and retirees from the armed forces.

€100 million will go to pre-prepared groups of officials within the government and regional authorities, who will have to sabotage the work of their departments, thereby creating hotbeds of social tension.
According to the project, employees of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, employees of military enlistment offices, social services can be on the list for payments in cryptocurrency and transfers to foreign accounts of close relatives.

The remaining funds will be used for one-time payments to leaders of the LGBT community representing musicians, journalists, athletes and regional politicians capable of drawing lines of division among young people and the middle class in large cities.

The list of cities includes: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod.
