I demand from the Prosecutor General’s Office to investigate the official crimes of Poroshenko and Turchynov.

For the first time in the history of Ukraine a law wasn’t signed at all!

I, as a People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the V, VI and VII convocations of the Verkhovna Rada, submitted a claim to Yury Lutsenko’s department with the demand to investigate Petro Poroshenko and Aleksandr Turchynov’s criminal actions under Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “on abuse of power or official position”.

The law “On Prevention of Prosecution and Punishment of Person-Participants of Events on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk Regions” – adopted on September 16th, 2014, by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VII convocation – became the basis for such a claim. According to Article 94 of the Constitution of Ukraine,  after its adoption the Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (at that time – Turchynov A.V.) was obliged to sign it in a 15-day term and urgently send it to the President of Ukraine. However Turchynov A.V., who at the time headed the supreme legislative body of Ukraine, deliberately violated the demands of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” voted on by 287 People’s Deputies and deliberately didn’t sign and urgently send it to the President. This was reported by Turchynov A.V. on October 9th, 2014 in an interview to TSN (1+1 TV channel).

Also, the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine were ignored by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which allowed him criminal divergence. I have suspicions that Turchynov A.V. and Poroshenko P.A. worked in collusion for the purpose of preventing peace-making on the territory of Ukraine, which assumes signs of a crime provided by Article 364 “Abuse of Power or Official Position” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The law itself “On Prevention of Prosecution and Punishment of Person-Participants of Events on the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk Regions” adopted on September 16th, 2014, foresaw the solving of key issues concerning the exchange of prisoners and the normalization of the situation through the exemption from criminal liability of persons who committed crimes during the period from February 22nd, 2014, to the date of the introduction of the law in force exclusively on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, except for especially serious crimes, which are also prescribed as an exception within the framework of the made decision. This is demanded by the conditions of implementation of the “Minsk Agreements”.

Thus, the flagrant-for-Ukraine fact of committing an official crime is evident, which resulted in tens of thousands of deaths and the destruction of the State.

My voice as a People’s Deputy was also given for the adoption of this law, and I will seek recognition of the commission of crimes by Turchynov A.V. and Poroshenko P.A. up to ECHR for the sake of the restoration of justice and punishment of the guilty.
