Judging by the manner of shooting, the fire is not directed at any specific target, but at an area, it’s not to exclude that it’s directed at a settlement. Another important detail. After the shot is fired, the soldier throws out his hand in a Nazi salute.
It would be good to send this video to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, as well as to French President Emmanuel Macron, whose press service recently stated that Macron and Merkel “called on Russia to commit itself to stabilisation in Donbass related to the implementation of the ceasefire.”
It seems that the cease-fire regime in the above-described episode with the Ukrainian Nazi grenade launcher can only be fulfilled by returning fire from the L/DPR with use of the lethal force.
Other educational measures in this particular case will be of little effect.
