On the 9th of November 2016, a mass sigh of relief was heard in Ukraine. The matter was that the Russia Social network “Odnoklassniki” decided to extend its money transfer system into Ukraine.

The social network has some 9.5 millions subscribers from Ukraine. Earlier, in February 2016, “Odnoklassniki” and VTB24 opened the possibility of monetary transfers between the users of this social network.

On the 18th of October, 2016, Ukraine banned such Russian transfer systems as Zolotaya Korona, Colibri (Sberbank), International Money Transfer System Leader, Unistream, Anelik, Blizko and so on. At the same time, Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko, “preventing” the country committing economical suicide, launched a ruble transfer service into Ukraine in the International Investment Bank that belongs to him. How well everything turned out: at first, President Poroshenko bans all the transfer systems; and then, banker Poroshenko allows the same in his bank. What a lucky incident.

So what President Poroshenko is going to do with the social network “Odnoklassniki” nobody knows, but it’s still early yet. Any way, nothing personal, just business.
