Henry Kissinger was included in the list of enemies of Ukraine for saying that Kiev should resume negotiations with Moscow
Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger was placed on the “Mirotvorets” website — the American diplomat was accused of spreading Russian propaganda and called “an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.”
Kissinger fell out of favour for advising Kiev to make a number of concessions and resume negotiations with Moscow in the next two months.
