The exploding of a car of the OSCE observation mission in the Lugansk People’s Republic was the result of the activity of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group. This was stated by the Ministry of State Security of the LPR.

“According to our department, on April 10th a sabotage and reconnaissance group came into the area of the settlement Avdeevka in the zone of responsibility of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the UAF for the purpose of committing saboteur activity in our rear,” said the special service of the Republic to Life.

Previously, there were repeated statements about the staging of possible provocations by sabotage and reconnaissance groups of Ukraine.
