Marauders from among the Kiev Armed Forces plunder and beat up market sellers in the controlled-by-UAF Stanitsa Luganskaya. This was reported by the official representative of the People’s militia of the LPR Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.

“The military personnel of the 59th brigade are engaged in marauding, appropriating the essentials and food from the locals trading in the market of Stanitsa Luhanskaya. These war criminals do not accept refusals and use force against the population, which isn’t interested in giving away their goods and produce without a fight”

he said.

“As a result of the actions of the Ukrainian military, over the past two days three women were brought to medical institutions in Stanitsa Luganskaya with haematomas and bruises, and a man was also brought in with an internal cranio-cereberal trauma, because he had been hit by a gun butt,” reported the Lieutenant-Colonel, having emphasised that the police officers of Ukraine refused to document the offenses of the Kiev Armed Forces, justifying this by referring to the introduction of martial law.

Marochko noted that from the moment that martial law was introduced in Ukraine the number of offenses and crimes committed by the Ukrainian military personnel concerning civilians sharply increased.

Earlier the head of the press service of the leadership of the LPR People’s militia Yakov Osadchy reported that the residents of the urban-type settlement controlled by the Kiev Armed Forces Stanitsa Luganskaya submitted more than 10 complaints to the local police station, accusing the military personnel of the UAF of marauding and looting.

In the past the People’s militia has repeatedly noted that the moral and mental condition of the Kiev Armed Forces worsens, they continue to maraud and stage drunken infighting, and the number of cases of inappropriate behaviour that leads to desertion and suicides among the military personnel of the UAF became frequent.
