The Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak last week submitted an official report about his resignation because of the fear of future war. This was stated on the air of the “Russia 1” TV channel by the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vladimir Oleinik.

“According to our information, last week he handed to Poroshenko his statement of resignation. Why? Because they are forced, in an oral order, to prepare for war,” said Oleinik.

“There is no ammunition, the mood in the army is care-free,” noted the former Deputy.

According to him, the leadership of the UAF is anxious also about the legal grounds of the operations of the Ukrainian army.

“In the ‘ATO’ it is forbidden to use the Armed Forces in clashes, it is only for protection. The military understands: Poroshenko will flee, and they will be responsible for serious crimes against their own people. While Poroshenko has no choice. War is not the solution to his problem, but the extension of his term of stay in power,” summarised Oleinik.
