The scale of mortality in Ukraine acquires a catastrophic character. The annual decline of the population is comparable with the disappearance of a city of the size of Ivano-Frankovsk or Ternopol.

This was stated on the air of the “NewsOne” TV channel by the active participant of Euromaidan and deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Olga Bogomolets.

“There is the extinction of the Ukrainian nation, which is the most important thing here. And the government hasn’t yet done anything so that the vector of movement changes. What does it mean? Every year Ukrainians, despite all global processes and the importance of blockchain and our future, become 200,000 fewer. Every year from our map a virtual Ivano-Frankovsk and a virtual Ternopol disappears,” said Bogomolets.
