A record number of units of the latest equipment participated in the 75th anniversary Victory Parade – about 20 samples drove along the Red Square of Moscow for the first time.
Spectators were shown “Armata” and “Kurganets-25” armoured combat vehicles armed with “Kinzhal“ and “Epokh”. BMP can eliminate any type of target.

Also, the most powerful air defence systems S-300V4 and S-350 “Vityaz” were newcomers to the Parade were. If the S-300V4 is designed to combat aerodynamic targets and can work in field conditions, then S-350 can down drones, low-flying cruise missiles, airplanes, and helicopters.

For the first time, it was possible to see the armoured “Tayfun” vehicle of the Airborne Forces, specially developed for the Airborne Forces. It is a “multitasking machine” – it can transport people, cargo, and weapons. It is also interesting for other military units. Its mass production will start this year.

In addition, spectators of the Parade were shown the coastal missile system “Bal”, armed with “Kh-35” anti-ship missiles. This system can destroy both land and above-water targets, and, at a distance of up to 300 km, this can be said to be a unique ability.

Until now, one of the most powerful artillery weapons of the Russian army “Tornado-S” MLRS had never appeared on Red Square before. Now the system is being improved at the “Splav” plant, where they are creating the best new Russian weapons, thanks to which our country remains the leader in the development of MLRS.

Another novelty is the “Tayfun-K” and “Tigr-M” armoured vehicles with a 30-mm automatic grenade launcher designed for the military police. They performed well in Syria when escorting convoys with humanitarian supplies, as well as while patrolling roads and checkpoints.

Viewers had not seen the “Listva” remote de-mining machine before. The electronics of this armoured vehicle can detect bombs and high-explosive mines at a distance of 100m.

In addition, the armoured vehicle K-17 “Bumerang”, “BMP-2М” combat vehicles with the “Berezhok” combat module, “2С38” air defence system, the gas-powered “T-80BVM” and T-90M “Proryv” modernised tanks, “Msta-SM” and “Koalitsiya-SV”, the world’s best installations of air defence systems “Tor-M2” and “Buk-M3”, tracked landing vehicle “BMD-4M”, armoured personnel carriers BTR-MDM “Rakushka”, flamethrower systems TOS-1A “Solntsepek” and TOS-2 “Tosochka”, the latest engineering system of remote mining, and the “SM” modification of “Pantsir” (against mini-drones).
All new Russian military equipment deserve special attention and once again prove that our developers are one of the best in the world. Most pieces of equipment do not have world analogues or weapons that can counter them.
