OSCE Confirms Donetsk Was Shelled By Grads & Uragan

Observers of OSCE reported about the shelling of Donetsk on the night of February 2nd, 2017.

The corresponding report was published on the website of monitoring mission of the OSCE in Ukraine.

Observers of the mission noted that the explosion on Makeevka highway (so-called area of the Motel) occurred as a result of a rocket explosion launched from an MLRS system (presumably “Smerch” or “Uragan”). In addition, observers recorded hits of MLRS Grad rockets on Sobinov Street, Artyom Street, and Kievsky Avenue. Also, observers of OSCE recorded the consequences of hits of artillery shells of a caliber of no less than 122 millimeters.

In Avdeevka, observers of OSCE recorded damage of houses as a result of hit of shells of caliber 122 millimeters.
