The “Lugansk leadership” of the State Migration Service of Ukraine operating in part of the Lugansk region under the control of Kiev sells Ukrainian passports to militants of nationalist battalions and the international terrorist organizations ISIS and “Al-Nusra”. This was reported by the Center for interaction with the public of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.

An employee of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the “Lugansk region” called the “hot line” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR and said that in the department there is a scheme of selling Ukrainian passports. Thus, the search of “clients” and trade is conducted with the help of social networks and messengers.

“The ‘buyers’ are foreigners – members of various nationalist battalions, representatives of criminals who are wanted for committing heavy and especially serious crimes, and also visitors ‘of eastern nationalities’. At least two of these ‘guests’ were identified as members of ISIS, one – as a member al-Nusra,” reported the declarant.

“The prices for passports start at $30 for a counterfeit document, and from $2,000 for a real identity card of a missing anti-terrorist operation participant,” she explained.

“According to the preliminary results of the appointed verification, the information was confirmed. It is also established that the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, including the Minister Avakov are not only aware of the existing scheme, but also are its active beneficiaries,” noted the law-enforcement department of the Republic.

“Radak (the chief of criminal police of the main department of the national police in the ‘Lugansk region’), Komissarov (the chief of criminal police of the main department of the national police in the ‘Lugansk region’), Skirtach (the chief of Lugansk leadership of the State Migration Service of Ukraine), and Avakov are all aware and are in a share,” emphasized a source of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR in the Severodonetsk city department of the ‘national police’.
