Poroshenko Awarded the Former Leader of “Right Sector” and Current Rada Deputy Dmitry Yarosh

The president Petro Poroshenko awarded the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada (non-factional) and the former leader of the “Right Sector” party Dmitry Yarosh with an award weapon.

This is stated in Poroshenko’s decree provided by Presidential Administration at the request of “UkraNews”.

Yarosh was awarded as a combatant “for the personal courage and dedicated actions shown whilst defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine”.

The decree was signed on October 13th, and on October 14th Ukraine celebrates the Day of the defender.

A presidential “award weapon” is a Fort-21.02 gun of 9mm caliber with a combat kit of 16 rounds.

The case of the gun is manufactured from structural steel, the handle is made from valuable species of tree, and the external parts are decorated with decorative artistic carving, and the name of the award winner is engraved on a plate.
