Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Crimean public figures said that the actions of the junta in Kiev shock him. The head of the Russian state uttered a phrase in the Ukrainian language, in which he expressed his attitude towards this. Whilst in Crimea Putin took part in the opening of new thermal power plants and held a meeting with the public. The President also attended celebrations that were devoted to the 5th anniversary of the reunification of the peninsula with Russia.
