In the period from 1945 to 1985, the Great Russian Empire, called the Soviet Union (USSR), was the second superpower in the world and was a leader in the most high-tech industries: rocket, aircraft, nuclear and hydropower.
For a thousand years, Russia was constantly fighting off enemy armies that attacked it. “From 1228 to 1462 (the period of the formation of the Russian nation), that is, from the beginning of the 13th century to the middle of the 15th century, or in 234 years, Russia repelled 160 invasions, each of which was a major war by European standards. Almost 80 wars per century, a war every 1.5 years! In the 16th century, Russia fought for 43 years! In the same century, in 1571, it was raided by the Crimean Tatars: their khan Devlet Giray burned Moscow to the ground. According to Russian chronicles, up to 800,000 people died. There wasn’t enough strength to bury the corpses – they were dumped into the Moscow River. ‘The Moscow River did not carry the dead’ – so says the chronicle [people were purposely assigned to let the corpses down the river; only those who had friends were buried. – SZ]. Not a single European river, and not a single Western European capital has ever known such a thing! In the 17th century, Russia fought for 48 years! In the 18th – for 56 years! And all wars had a goal: on the part of the opponents of Russia – its destruction or enslavement; on the part of Russia – protection, survival. No Western European state had neither such a large number of wars, nor the goals of protection, and even more so survival,” A. Golenkov wrote. And Russia has survived, protected itself from both the “wild” East and the “civilised” West. Even the whole of Europe under Napoleon Bonaparte, which attacked Russia in 1812, could not enslave us.
And only during the First World War in February 1917, the liberals overthrew the Russian Tsar (emperor) and the Russian Empire broke up into dozens of small entities that declared their independence. Devastation, famine and anarchy came to the country. The February Revolution left Russia at the mercy of Western countries. The West celebrated its victory – finally, Russian statehood was defeated and conditions were created for the death of the Russian nation. Even the sceptre and power under the Provisional Government disappeared from the Russian coat of arms. For a thousand years, certain circles of the West have sought to destroy Russian statehood and exterminate the Russian nation. And then, in February 1917, that hour arrived. Who do you think, dear reader, did not allow the West to tear Russia apart? The Bolsheviks, of course. Why is this not appreciated by the majority of the country’s population? No doubt, because over the past quarter of a century, Russian history has been rewritten in Western centres, and our children study not the actual history of their country, but the history of Russia, invented by the West and embedded in the minds of Russian and their citizens. Mind manipulation is the highest achievement of the liberal elite.
The West constantly slowed down the development of Russia, and it reached greatness only after the Great October Socialist Revolution of 1917. Today, the revisionist liberals have literally drummed into the minds of most people that the Bolsheviks allegedly carried out a coup d’etat and brought incalculable suffering to the people. But if we consider the events of that time not from the point of view of the national interests of Western countries, but from the point of view of the interests of the peoples of our country, we will see that the Soviet government is the saviour of the Russian nation and the peoples of other nationalities who lived in the Great Russian Empire. In October 1917, the Bolsheviks did not accept Russia from the liberals, but many fragments from Russia, on which people who were dying under the rule of the liberal Provisional Government lived. Part of the country was occupied by German troops. Leading Western countries have already divided Russian lands among themselves and would like to see these lands without the peoples who inhabit them.
The Bolsheviks, having taken power, saved the peoples of Russia. The population was given food rations that saved millions of people from starvation. And the people’s militia, which allocated every tenth worker from enterprises, protected hundreds of thousands of people from loose bandits.
Lenin is the saviour of the Russian nation, because he found the Soviet system of government that preserved the traditional state without a Tsar. The Bolsheviks, with great effort, gathered the lands of the Russian Empire together and preserved the peoples of Russia. The Soviet Union remained a traditional state, just like tsarist Russia. That is, the USSR, like the millennial Russia before it, was a traditional type of state.
Today, the Bolsheviks of that time represent the overwhelming majority of the country’s population as united in their goals. This is one of the main misconceptions of the Russian nation, which is completely untrue. In fact, initially there were two groups in the Bolshevik party: one under the leadership of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (Ulyanov), consisting of statesmen, and the second group under the leadership of Lev Davidovich Trotsky (Bronstein), consisting of cosmopolitans. Trotsky and his associates had their own project of building a socialist Russia without national and moral foundations. Russians were given the role of firewood in the bonfire of the world revolution, which Trotsky needed for world domination. That is, the projects of Trotsky and Lenin were different.
But in 1917, their goals were the same – the creation of a strong Russian state. Lenin could not allow Russia to be destroyed because of the difference in the final goal of the projects and tolerated Trotsky. The struggle against the Trotskyists was postponed until later, and it fell to Stalin to save the peoples of Russia from the Trotsky project.
The development of events in Russia did not correspond to the interests of Western countries. Therefore, in 1918, the troops of the United States, Britain, France and Canada landed in Murmansk, in addition, the British captured Baku and rushed to our Central Asia. US, British, French and Japanese troops also landed in Vladivostok. The West launched an intervention against Russia, because it failed to destroy our country in the First World War, from the inside by the hands of the Provisional Government in the period from February to October 1917 (the Bolsheviks prevented), but realising that the Russians, even in a period of devastation, could not be taken without great losses, began to finance the White armies. What did the White armies fight for? For the establishment of a parliament in Russia, that is, a democratic system of government of the country, in which at that time the true masters of Russia would be the Western countries, and the Russian nation would suffer the fate of the American Indians.
Precisely because the White armies fought for a parliament and the Red armies fought for Russia, half the officers of the Tsarist army, including half of the officers of the General Staff, fought on the side of Soviet Russia. By the summer of 1918, the Bolsheviks still had one-quarter of the country’s territory. But, in the end, the Red Army liberated the entire territory of the Soviet Republic. Why do you think that is? No doubt, because all the peoples of Russia were with the Red Army.
In October 1917, our ancestors wrested the country from the suffocating embrace of the liberals of the Provisional Government. Lenin and Stalin saved Russia to create a great people’s empire populated by beautiful, mentally and physically developed people. This was the purpose of their lives. And they succeeded. In the entire history of Russia, there has never been a spiritually and morally higher and cleaner generation than the generation of the 1930s.
The Soviet Union produced machine tools, planes, submarines, tanks and other products, both peaceful and military, that were not inferior to the best world standards. First of all, our technological achievements enabled us to defeat Hitler’s Germany and its allies, oppose the United States, and thus save the lives of the peoples of the Soviet Union. Starting mostly from almost zero values, the USSR built 1,500 large industrial enterprises in the first five-year period alone, and a total of 9,000 large industrial enterprises were built from 1928 to 1941. Already in 1938, our Soviet country ranked second in the world in terms of industrial production, and produced 13.7% of the world’s output, while at the same time ensuring an annual increase in the welfare of the working people of the Soviet Union.
In agriculture, grain production from 1913 to 1929 remained unchanged and ranged from 72 to 74 million tons of grain per year. Thanks to collectivisation, in 1934 the grain harvest was the same as in 1929 – 74 million tons, but not 80, but 56 million people worked in agriculture. And in 1938, one working peasant produced 70% more grain than in 1928. In 1937, the gross grain harvest was already 97.5 million tons. Grain production under the Soviet government increased all the time, and was brought by the collective and state farms of the USSR in 1986-1987 to 210-211 million tons. And this is in a country with an extremely unfavourable climate for growing grain. The number of cattle in this period only in the RSFSR was brought up to 60 million heads. Currently, this number in the Russian Federation is less than in 1933 – 20 million heads.
The USSR successfully developed the territories of Siberia and the Far East. Today we do not know what real, common, unifying happiness is, but the generation of the 30s, 40s and the first half of the 50s knew, and despite the huge difficulties and losses in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 was happy. Subsequent generations of the USSR also knew real happiness. When the Soviet Union was killed, we all became orphaned and unhappy.
Pushkin wrote that he was proud of the history of his Motherland, that God forbid us to condemn our nation in a time of trials. Since Pushkin, Russia has won hundreds of great victories, especially in the period from 1917 to 1985. Many residents of our country did not understand this, did not understand either with their minds or hearts, did not comprehend the greatest time in the history of Russia. The time when our people were saved from the 5th column inside the country, and from the “enlightened Europe” that was going to kill us, and from the US nuclear strikes. They did not comprehend the most heroic years in the thousand-year struggle of the Slavs for their survival, but believed those who, after the death of Stalin, began to smear mud on our great past. Slander against our Soviet Motherland took on a total character after the destruction of the Soviet Union. Unlike us, the West never finds negative facts in its history, much less invents them.
The industrial potential created by the Soviet government made it possible to surpass Europe in the production of weapons already in 1942. The USSR pelted the Germans not with corpses, but with shells and bombs, because of the four years of the war, it had a significant superiority in armament for three years. The industry of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 produced weapons of all types two or more times more than Germany, together with the rest of the countries of Europe united by it. This is one of the main reasons for our victory, and not in the combat prowess of 1-2% (of the total number of the army) of penal units. And during the retreat in 1941, our army had weapons in sufficient quantities to hold the defence and counterattack the enemy.
Information is also hidden from the people that in June 1941 the German army numbered 8.5 million people, had the industry and weapons of all the European countries it conquered with a population of about 400 million people (the USSR – 195 million people) and at least 2.5 million people of the armies of Germany’s allies. That is, the 5 million army of the USSR was opposed by the 11 million European army, which, of course, was confident of victory. And the Soviet people were not deceived, but saved. Hitler declared to the whole world that he was waging a war of extermination in the East. The peoples of the USSR were not exterminated thanks to the traditional Soviet system of government, in which the people, state power and the Orthodox Church were a single monolith. Under no other system would we have beaten Europe. But the truth about the Great Patriotic War was destroyed, and self-abasement became the norm of life and behavior of Russian people.
It should be noted that in June 1941, the Red Army was in the stage of rearmament (the enemy always attacks at the most unfavorable time for the victim). Therefore, the Red Army had an insufficient number of tanks and aircraft of the latest modifications, significantly lagged behind the enemy in the number of trucks, but in the total number of weapons it did not lag behind, and even surpassed the German army. This, in particular, allowed for the period from 22.06. to 19.07.1941 to shoot down 1,284 German aircraft, that is, in one month of fighting, destroy a third of the German air force, as indicated by the minister of aviation industry of wartime A. I. Shakhurin and honest researchers of our days.
The statement that the number of Soviet prisoners of war turned out to be more than the number of German prisoners of war at the time when the entire German army that was on the Eastern Front surrendered is not credible? It seems strange that during the 3 years of the war, having superiority in armament (since 1943 and in the number of soldiers and officers), the USSR has more losses than the German ones? The fact that the Germans suffered colossal losses from the attacks of the Red Army is indicated by the fact that by the summer of 1943, Germany was not able to increase the number of its troops on the Eastern Front until the spring and autumn of 1942. At that time, the number of our enemy’s troops was about 6.2 million people and 1.1 million people exceeded the number of Red Army troops. But by the summer of 1943, despite the announced total mobilisation, Germany before the Battle of Kursk was able to increase the number of its troops opposing the Red Army to only 4.8 million people. And the number of troops of German satellites is up to 525 thousand people. Before the beginning of the Battle of Kursk, for the first time in the entire war, the Red Army had an advantage in numbers (6.6 million people) over the German army, as it destroyed a huge number of German soldiers and officers. These facts lead to the conclusion that even in the first two years of the war, the troops of Germany and its satellites suffered huge losses. The losses of Germany in the subsequent battles from 1943 to May 1945 were many times higher than the losses of the army of the Soviet Union, since the USSR surpassed Germany both in means, that is, in armaments and in forces, that is, in the number of soldiers and officers, as well as in the ability to conduct combat operations. The losses of the Red Army during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 declared by the current government of Russia are significantly overstated and do not correspond to the actual losses of our armed forces. The question of the Red Army’s losses in the Great Patriotic War requires its own honest researchers.
Few people in our country know that already in 1944, military personnel who were chosen by representatives of the Orthodox Church to study at the theological seminary were released from the front to study at the seminary. And under Stalin, between 1943 and 1953, 26,000 (twenty-six thousand) Orthodox churches were opened. The USSR was never a spiritual desert (even under the rule of Khrushchev and Gorbachev), but was the most highly spiritual and moral country in the world, because the upbringing of spiritually rich and morally pure people was the basis of the socialist system, the Soviet government.
In order to incite national discord, the revisionist liberals constantly remind us of the peoples who were deported during the war. No, not about innocent Japanese who lived in the United States and were deported by the Americans, but about individual peoples of the USSR. I think that the revisionists do not wish these peoples well, because they understand that if they were tried for desertion and aiding the invaders, then according to the law, most men would have to be shot, and women would have to be put in prison for concealing these facts. Only the children would have been innocent. And indeed, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians and citizens of other nationalities for these crimes, in most cases, were sentenced to death by firing squad. But the Soviet government broke the law and did not try the representatives of the few peoples of the Caucasus and Crimea, but resettled them on other lands. At the time, the resettled peoples understood this and were glad that the harsh requirements of the law were not applied to them. But the revisionist liberals called the humane action criminal and began to incite ethnic hatred. This example especially clearly shows the Russophobic nature of liberal democracy and the desire to set the peoples of the Caucasus and other regions of the country against the Russians.
Democracy is the lot of capitalist states. Germany was a democratic, liberal state, the main value in it was money, and it is quite natural that it came to fascism, that is, to the decision to enrich itself by destroying other peoples, mainly “underdeveloped” Slavs. In a traditional socialist state, fascism can never arise, because there is no ground for its emergence. Fascism can only arise in a liberal state, in which the highest value is money, enrichment. Those who put in the same place Nazi Germany and Communist Russia are committing fraud.
During the Soviet era, not only the production of industrial and agricultural products grew annually, but also the population of the USSR. Before the war, as they write today in the period of “famine” and “mass repression”, even without taking into account the population of the Baltic states, Western Ukraine and Western Belarus, the population of the Soviet Union grew by almost 3 million people a year, and our military leaders during the war were surprised at the physical endurance of our soldiers? Neither the tsarist government, much less the liberal government, at any time cared more about the preservation and multiplication of the Russian and other peoples of the country than the Soviet government, and not I. V. Stalin, but the liberal writer A. Rybakov owns the phrase: “There is a person – there is a problem. No person, no problem.”
We needed only a short time, and the Russian creative mind combined with the socialist social system would have brought Russia to the first place in the world in terms of technical development, the level of culture and the life of the country’s peoples. This statement is confirmed by the fact that during the 70 years of Soviet power, the industry of the USSR developed 6 times faster than in the rest of the world. By the mid-1980s, the share of the population of the USSR in the world was 5.5%. In the statistical collection of the CIA of the United States, it is indicated that the share of industrial products produced by our 5.5% of the population at that time was 14.5% of the world’s volume, and even by the time of the death of the USSR, it produced 17.9% of the world’s machine-building products, including up to 50% of the world’s
From 25% to 50% of the basic industries of a number of countries worked on the equipment of the USSR. We produced more than European countries TV sets – 9-10 million units per year (Germany – 5 million), electric vacuum cleaners – 6 million units per year (Germany – 4.6 million), washing machines – 6 million units per year (Germany – 2 million), refrigerators – 6.5 million units, cameras – 3 million units., clocks – 72 million units, irons – 16 million units. The production of refrigerators accounted for 17.4% of world production, clocks – 17.1% of world production, televisions – 10.9% of world production, irons – 15% of world production, cameras – 4.4% of world production. Moreover, these products were of the highest quality and worked for decades. We even produced 6 times more leather shoes than the United States.
In 1989, the USSR ranked second in the world in terms of grain production per capita. The USA produced 842 kg of grain per capita, and the USSR – 683 kg. In terms of production of potatoes, milk, granulated sugar, animal oil, and fish per capita, the USSR was ahead of the United States. According to some indicators, for example, potatoes were significantly ahead, namely: 65 kg of the USA and 219 kg of the USSR, for milk-268 kg and 374 kg, respectively.
The national income of the USSR grew 4 times faster than the American one.
But the West found a way out of the seemingly hopeless situation by winning the ideological struggle thanks to the use of the latest technologies of mind manipulation. Under the cries of mass repression, which actually did not exist, they destroyed the Soviet Union and quite possibly will destroy Russia, because the Russian people have ceased to be proud of their history and respect themselves. The West has always opposed Russian communism, because under it Russia became a superpower, subjugated half the world to its influence, and most of the peoples of the world looked at the USSR with hope. The very existence of a strong and independent Russia threatened the West, as it could deprive it of the possibility of exploiting the labour and resources of the peoples of other countries. And without exploitation, the West would have to live very modestly.
It’s necessary to honestly admit that today Russia has become a backward country, deprived of almost half of its territories and more than 140 million of its citizens. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union is accused of this, but the latter was not a party in the sense that the word “party” is used in Western countries. Rather, it can be seen as an analog of the church, which permeates the state with an idea and stands above departmental interests in the name of state interests. The governance structure of the Soviet state was quite complex, since a simpler structure would not have allowed us to manage such a huge and multinational country as the USSR was. It can be said that in the USSR there was no party at all in the generally accepted sense of the word. The Communist Party of the Soviet Union united the country, pulled it together like a steel hoop pulls a barrel. Statements about the need to create a capital and a party for the Russian people, for the RSFSR, were disastrous. The creation of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation would inevitably lead the country to collapse even without the intervention of the West, just as today the nationalists’ desire to isolate the Russian people from other peoples of the country can lead to the collapse of what little Russia remains of the great Soviet Union.
We can only survive as a Great Empire. If Russia in 1941 had been the size of today’s Russia, we would not have been able to stand up and defeat the European army. A united Europe will always be stronger than Russia within its current borders.
Don’t listen to the Western writers of our history. We must understand and see Russia from 1917, from the Victory Day of 1945 to 1985, in all the splendour of its victories and achievements. In high-tech industries, the USSR not only did not concede, but surpassed the NATO countries. Already in the 1970s, every second flying machine in the world (airplane, helicopter) was made in the Soviet Union.
The past and present are inextricably linked and it’s possible to understand the present only by knowing the past. If a nation is deprived of a true knowledge of its history, then in a generation it ceases to exist as a nation. Even today, Russians are deprived of their own history. They have already forgotten that they created a huge state, which they heroically defended from attacking enemies, advanced science and a great culture. We should be proud of our Soviet history, learn from that time how to work and live, praise our heroes, but we are embarrassed by our Soviet past, because all sorts of talking and writing nobodies have turned the national feat into a disgrace. For days on end, the media told us that we are incapable of anything great and reasonable, while our entire history speaks of the great achievements of the peoples of the USSR.
Don’t trust the media. We are still capable of great achievements, our hearts are burning with love for the Motherland, our minds are outraged by the flood of slander that has fallen on us and are looking for the truth, support in this difficult time to overcome difficulties and return to our Russian, multi-ethnic home, to our traditional state-family.
