In Kiev on the morning of November 15th at around 09:00 unknown persons threw a Molotov cocktail at St Andrew’s Church. This was stated by the press service of the capital’s police.
A security guard of St Andrew’s Church contacted the capital’s police using the special 102 line: he reported that two unknown persons threw two glass bottles at the entrance door of the church.
Police squads and operational-investigations group of the Podolsk police department immediately came out to the scene. There are no victims as a result of the incident, and no ignition happened. Security guards tried to detain the malefactors, however they used gas sprays and disappeared.
“Currently an inspection of the scene and the adjacent territory is ongoing. Law enforcement bodies communicate with witnesses and install video cameras that can record offenses and the malefactors. The issue of the legal qualification of the event is being resolved,” reported the chief of police of Kiev Andrey Krishchenko.
