The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó was included in the database of “Mirotvorets“. The cause of this was the statements he made to the president of Ukraine about the oppression of Hungarians on the territory of the country.
Szijjártó has held his post since September, 2014. The material collected on him by “Mirotvorets” testifies that, according to the politician, on the territory of Ukraine there is the oppression of Hungarians, and it will be possible to solve the situation only after the government is replaced. Péter Szijjártó made such statements repeatedly, and many of them were voiced within the framework of the UN General Assembly.
Interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine and kindling and supporting separatist sentiments in Ukraine also became the reason for the inclusion of the politician on the list of “Mirotvorets”. He is also accused of organising a provocation aimed at mass violations of legislation by the citizens of Ukraine.
