Yesterday, despite the latest ceasefire, the Ukrainian militants destroyed a civilian vehicle transporting water for civilians.
This was stated at a briefing on July 2nd by the head of the press service of the DPR  Ministry of Defence Daniil Bezsonov.

“Yesterday, Ukrainian terrorists from the 93rd brigade used a ATGM installation. As a result of launching two missiles, the terrorists destroyed a vehicle transporting water. The first missile fired by the militants missed, but the second hit the car square on, which testifies to the deliberate destruction of a vehicle that doesn’t belong to the military. As a result of the missile hit a wound incompatible with life was received by a serviceman of the DPR Armed Forces,” reported Daniil Bezsonov.

Bezsonov noted that this vehicle wasn’t a part of the military and was especially carrying out a humanitarian task, what the Ukrainian terrorists knew very well.

“The most blasphemous thing is that this vehicle delivered water to civilians in the areas of settlements shelled by the UAF. And the Ukrainian punishers knew about this. The deliberate destruction of the water truck at the second attempt testifies to the non-professionalism of the Ukrainian militants and also about their intention, despite everything, to show ‘progress’, which is actually absent, in front of the command. Another remnant of Nazism will now receive a State award from the hands of the murderer of the residents of Donbass and the leader of militants Nayev, or the chief robber of the Ukrainian population – the oligarch Poroshenko – for the destruction of a vehicle that was performing humanitarian functions,” said Daniil Bezsonov in conclusion.
