During the UPT another inhabitants of the Republic affected by the aggression of Kiev testified.

“Five victims from Donetsk, Lugansk, and the city of Kirovskoye attended the Ukrainian People’s Tribunal. At the session it is planned to consider the episodes connected to the shelling during 2014-2015,” reported the assistant to the presiding judge of the UPT Elena Shishkina.

During the session of the UPT eight charges concerning criminal cases were pronounced.

“The decision was made to separate all articles related to the charges into so-called blocks: the use of Armed Forces against the civilian population, torture, blockade, the creation of illegal armed formations, genocide, etc. We will inform the international community about the most shocking facts in each block. About five sessions are planned for each block,” said the presiding judge of the UPT Elena Shishkina.
