In the evening of July 17th the settlement of Staromikhailovka was subjected to shelling by the UAF from 120 mm mortars forbidden by the Minsk Agreements.

A peaceful inhabitant was killed, and two more persons were wounded on the western suburb of Donetsk.

“It happened at around 16:00. My mother had just come back from work yesterday. Strong shelling begun. She didn’t have time to flee. She was only 54 years old,” said the daughter.

“Shelling came from the Ukrainian side. They don’t care where it lands at all, on people,” she said.
