The Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko stated that Russia is to blame for the present social and humanitarian catastrophe in the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR, writes “Russian spring”.

“Its not Ukraine who stopped the payment of pensions to citizens in the occupied territories, but Russia, which captured them. Full responsibility for the social and humanitarian catastrophe in these territories belongs only to Russia,” he said, having mentioned that our country allegedly still has collaborators – terrorists, without specifying, however, what he is referring to.

At the same time, Rozenko noted that Ukraine didn’t refuse social obligations, and that the people living in the territories of the DPR and LPR are eligible for the payment of pensions. In addition, this right was taken away from them allegedly by Russia. And to continue to receive money, they need to move to the territory under the control of Ukraine.
