In Ukraine there will be a project for the establishment of political opponents according to photos. This was reported by the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, the member of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko on his page on Facebook.

“On August 24th, 2017, exactly at 00:01, volunteers of the ‘Mirotvorets’ project will launch the ‘system of recognition and identification of criminals’ ‘IDENTIGRAF’ – unique, not having analogs in the world, opened for all and everyone. The development of this system took 9 months and was carried out in cooperation with one of the most known world social networks. The uniqueness of this system is that it is the first-ever system that will work in open access on Internet networks for the search of separatists, terrorists, and criminals.

All other similar systems founded on an algorithm of facial recognition work either in covert mode in offices of the leading special services or behind closed doors for commercial purposes for the analysis of big arrays of photos by such software giants as ‘Google’ or ‘Microsoft’. The possibilities of the ‘IDENTIGRAF’ system are such that it will be able to process in 20-30 seconds millions of photos of separatists, terrorists, militants, laboriously collected in three years of work by volunteers of the ‘Mirotvorets’ Center,” bragged the odious Ukrainian politician.

He specifies that users of system can be investigators of the police, SBU and prosecutor’s office, border guards, private detectives, lawyers, banks employees, business owners, and ordinary people.

“After the launch of the ‘IDENTIGRAF’ system the Ukrainian State and the Ukrainian people will receive reliable protection against the penetration into our country by those who are ill-intended and want to dismember and destroy it. Everyone will be found, identified, and punished for everything that they did against Ukraine!” claims Gerashchenko.
