Today the Ukraine Ministry of Defence announced the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the time of the so-called Anti-terrorist operation in Donbass.
Being asked by the “Access to Truth” website, the Ministry reported losses, as of the 21st November 2016, are 2145 dead servicemen, including 691 those drafted during partial mobilization. Non-combat losses of the UAF consist in 487 dead servicemen and 7091 wounded.
According to the Ministry, there are 225 officers and 1807 soldiers and sergeants among the casualties.
It should be mentioned that Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko also announced military losses recently, though he stated a larger number. During a solemn celebration of Ukraine Defender Day, Poroshenko quoted 2533 deceased servicemen.
It means the Ministry has “lost” 388 deceased servicemen, and that the Kiev authorities deliberately lie to Ukrainians about UAF losses in the so-called anti-terrorist operation in Donbass.
