Ukrainian Nationalists Threatened to Liquidate Judges in the Lugansk Region Controlled by Kiev

The National Corpus of Ukraine (NCU) on the territory of the Lugansk region under the control of Kiev threatened with punishment the judges who make decisions not in favor of participants of the so-called “ATO”. This was reported by the Center for interaction with the public of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR.

“An employee of one of the city courts that is on the territory of the Lugansk region temporarily occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces called the hot line of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR. He reported that a few days ago the reception of this court received a call from a representative of the National Corpus of Ukraine (NCU), who officially transferred a telephone message in which the NCU declared the beginning of a strict fight for the rights of soldiers of the so-called ‘ATO’,” reported the police of the LPR.

“According to the caller, in the telephone message it was reported that in the event of pronouncement by judges of decisions about arrests of participants of the so-called ‘ATO’ or other restriction of their rights, such judges and chairmen of the courts will be physically liquidated by fighters of the NCU,” specified the department.

According to the information of the caller on the hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, such messages and calls came to all courts of the part of the Lugansk region occupied by Kiev.

“The law enforcement bodies of Ukraine completely lost control over nationalist formations. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of LPR is our last hope. Perhaps you at least somehow will ensure the safety of the judicial body of Ukraine,” noted the caller.

“National Corpus” is a Ukrainian nationalist party created on October 14th, 2016, at a constituent congress on the basis of the “Azov movement”, including the public association Civil Azov Corpus, veterans of the “Azov” regiment, National Guard, volunteer-participants of the Kiev Maidan. The former commander of the regiment of the National Guard “Azov”, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Andrey Biletsky was elected the head of the political party.
