Vladimir Kornilov: “Kurt Volker Does Not Even Know Who in the White House Is Responsible for Ukraine”

The political scientist AND observer of MIA Rossiya Segodnya Vladimir Kornilov was surprised by an answer of Kurt Volker, who in Ukraine is still positioned as the special representative of the US State Department and who supervises Ukraine at the official level in the American administration.

Volker’s answer: ‘Yes, there is somebody who is responsible for these matters’.

I.e., Volker doesn’t even know who it is! Here is such a ‘special representative’…”
