The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Vadim Rabinovich intends to appeal in court against the decision of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine to remove five polling precincts that operated on the permanent basis on the territory of Russia.
According to Rabinovich, this decision of the CEC is anti-constitutional and illegal.
“According to different estimates, hundreds of thousands of our citizens are in Russia, who are there to earn money and for other reasons. And here the authorities disfranchise them. This is unconstitutional and illegal. This is a part of the future manipulation of elections. I will file a lawsuit against this decision”
wrote the leader of the “For Life” faction in the Ukrainian Parliament on Facebook.
The former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Aleksey Zhuravko in comment to the Federal News Agency said that it is unlikely that Rabinovich will be able to achieve the cancellation of the decision to remove Ukrainian polling precincts in the Russian Federation.
“Of course, closing polling precincts in Russia — where today there are millions, but not hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians as Rabinovich wrote, is a complete outrage that doesn’t yet have a precedent in the history of young Ukraine. It is anti-constitutional and in court it would be possible to prove this. Although not under this government”
assures Aleksey Zhuravko
According to the former parliamentarian, the order to remove polling precincts was given personally by president Petro Poroshenko, who intends to “remain in power by hook or by crook”.

“Poroshenko spits on voters. He prepares for the total falsification of elections. I will also not be surprised if after polling precincts in Russia are closed they are then closed in other countries where Ukrainians can vote in a way that isn’t favourable to the current president. Perhaps, they will close sites in Hungary, Romania, and Moldova, because the Ukrainians who are there will not vote for Poroshenko”
affirms the former deputy
The former parliamentarian added — he obtains information from the inhabitants of a number of Ukrainian cities about “Poroshenko already starting to buy votes”.

“He now offers Ukrainians 1000 hryvnia and 2000 at the polling precinct if they vote for Poroshenko and will be able to prove it, having shown their ballot card. He pays 3000 hryvnia for a vote — for Ukrainians this is big money. This happens in Nikolaev, Odessa, Kherson, Kharkov, and Poltava. The information is fresh, it came from verified people”
noted Zhuravko
Poroshenko, he stressed, will be ready to do anything to be elected for a new term or to postpone elections and remain in the presidential chair.
“Now we are seeing only the beginning. And if Poroshenko understands that he, despite all his efforts, all the same will not win elections, then he will arrange another provocation, but its consequences this time can be very deplorable for all Ukrainians”
concluded the interlocutor of the FAN
