A participant of the battle of Ilovaisk posted on Facebook photos and videos about the bloody events of August, 2014 and the exit of his unit from the Ilovaisk cauldron.
The author Pavel Netesov also wrote that the mobile exhibition “Outpost of Memory” in the summer of this year was installed in Kiev at Mikhailovskaya Square. At this exhibition it was possible to see scary pictures from Donbass. Netesov considers that all the truth about the events in Ilovaisk hasn’t yet been told.
“Ilovaisk. Coming back home.
Page on the 92nd separate mechanised brigade.
On August 23rd, 2018 we launched our mobile exhibition named Outpost of Memory at Mikhailovskaya Square, opposite the Wall of national memory of victims who died for Ukraine in 2014-2018 memorial complex. An exhibition of military equipment under the white flags of ‘Ukroboronprom‘, which was solemnly opened by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, took place simultaneously with us in the square. According to the protocol of this event, the first person of the state’s visit to our exposition was not planned, but apparently Petro Poroshenko saw the only national flag on the entire huge Mikhailovskaya Square, changed his route, and came straight to us. We spoke near the banners presenting analytical data about the search operations near Ilovaisk. The President was interested in this scheme. I answered that this is the column of the unit-tactical group of the 92nd separate mechanised brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed by Russian occupiers on August 28th, 2014. Standing nearby was the General Staff of the Armed Forces, General Viktor Muzhenko, who, visibly nervous, said that this unit had performed its task and came out of Ilovaisk with no losses in equipment and personnel. I replied by saying: ‘I’d believe you, General, but do you see here on this diagram the black dashes? Marked here are the dead guys who we collected with our own hands and returned home’. Then we talked about other diagrams and photos showing the traces of Russian troops. The President noted that he is very interested in such facts and asked to give my business card to the Secretary of the National security and Defence Council Turchynov…Then everyone left. Our work still hasn’t interested anyone. The book about Ilovaisk remains unpublished. The lie about the ‘good fortune’ of the 92nd brigade remains a lie…That’s why I decided to put some of the materials in the form of this video, which you can see at this link. We demand the truth, no matter how bitter it is. The previous version of this video was removed by the administration of Facebook, the same thing can happen this time too, so please share it, save the text and video. Together we are strong! Glory To Ukraine. I remember…now YOU remember too.”
